GE Fanuc Automation manufactures IC800SLM005N3NE25A, an S-Series motor with no brake that is part of the larger VersaMotion series. The specifications for this SL motor are 0.16 Nm, 50 Watts, 115-230 VAC, IP65, and NEMA 23. This motor has no key. As a model that falls between 30-750 W, integral to the power/brake cable is the brake cable for 1-5 kW model S-Series motors. This unit utilizes serial encoder feedback and can be used with GE Fanuc SL or S2K Series Servo amplifiers. The design of this motor is brushless, which minimizes electromagnetic interference, carbon dust, and maintenance. One optional feature offered is 24 VDC electrically released holding brakes.
