This model of General Electric’s series of HMI touch screen modules are a part of the now obsolete lineup known as the QuickPanel series. These units were originally developed as a replacement module for informational displays on industrial automation lines, which, while not lacking in information, were integrated with a cluster of pushbuttons, switches, and indicator LEDs, for when there was a change in the device’s status or actions.
Since GE no longer has this model or any other of the QuickPanel series in production, its warranty coverage no longer applies to this model. However, after acquiring, rebuilding, and restoring these items and inventory to full operational capabilities, we here at AX Control are able to offer a well-detailed warranty for your purchase. But not only are we able to provide a great warranty deal to protect your products, we also have an exchange credit program available for use. This exchange program guarantees a lower price quote for you if you trade in any older, broken, and/or irreparable industrial hardware. This allows us to ensure two things: that we keep bad inventory out of circulation, making so more purchases are for functioning equipment, and we make sure that we dispose of them in an environmentally efficient and safe fashion.
The QPK2D101S2P model is a 6 inch HMI unit, with a screen that displays information in a full color format, with 8 solid and 8 flashing hues. The hardware is outfitted with a super twisted nematic LCD display.
