This 10.5 inch touch screen unit is built as a part of GE’s QuickPanel lineup of human/machine interfaces. The QPI2D100S2P unit is outfitted with a with a super twisted, nematic LCD display, and presents the informational graphics to the user in full color, 8 solid/flash mode.

The physical dimensions of the QPI2D100S2P model is a height of 9.57 in/243 mm, a 12.48 in/317 mm width, and a depth of 3.05 in/77 mm. This unit weighs up to 6.6 pounds, or 3 kilograms.

The hardware that this model, as well as other QuickPanel models are integrated with, are a pair of serial input and output port, and a download port. There’s a Natural Air Convection cooling module in the unit, and the analog resistive touch panel area has a resolution of 32 x 24, and then the image resolution is 640 x 480 pixels.

The QPI2D100S2P model is built with the standard environmental specifications that the QuickPanel series is designed with. It’s able to operate in a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees C (32 to 104 degrees F). The temperatures that the model is able to be stored in and still be functional is wider: negative 10 to 40 degrees C (or negative 4 to 140 degrees F).
