QPI-PSL-201
The QuickPanel series of products was a lineup of human/machine interface modules. Built with a standard touch screen interface and a set of serial and download ports (input and output), this product, the QPI-PSL-201 is not a touch screen unit, but a network interface adapter module.
What this module is designed for is to bridge the gap between the QuickPanel modules (specifically the 10.5 and the 12.1 size touch screens), and the interface modules for the system networks. The programmable logic controllers that are able to be connected are the A-B Remote Input and Output, the A-B Data Highway Plus, the Modbus Plus, the Genius Input and Outputs, and the Profibus and Profibus DP Slave. There’s also the DeviceNet network, Interbus-S, and CANOpen.
The 10.5 inch units that the QPI-PSL-201 can be integrated into has standard dimensions for models of this size: a width of 12.48 inches (or 317 millimeters), a height of 9.57 inches (or 243 millimeters), and then a depth that reaches 3.05 inches (or 77.47 millimeters). It weighs up to 6.6 pounds, or 2.99 kilograms.
The 12.1 inch units have the standard dimensions of 13.62 inches (345.95 millimeters) x 10.7 inches (271.8 millimeters) x 4.45 inches (113.03 millimeters).
These units were all developed and produced by the industrial automation branch of General Electric and have been fully refurbished and optimized by our technical repair staff at AX Control.
