This model of the QuickPanel series by General Electric and is for sale from our team at AX Control Inc, completely refurbished and rebuilt, and is up to code and current industrial standards for the inventory that you can purchase from us. This model, the QPGCTDE0000 is one of the 7.4 inch human/machine touch screen graphic interface models.

The hardware that this model is outfitted with includes a 10 Base-T Ethernet trigger port, a printer port, a pair of serial ports, and a download port. There are auxiliary Input and Output ports included in this type of touch screen model. There is only one Input port, a remote reset input. Then there are four Outport ports in total: a sound lineout port, a system alarm output, a speaker output, and a buzzer output.

The memory capabilities of the QPG models are doubled/quadrupled than what the QPK models are capable of, with 4 megabytes of Flash EPROM (erasable, programmable, read only memory). This expanded amount of application memory allows for multiple diagnostic screens to be added.

The display screen is outfitted with a thin film transistor in a full color video graphics array. This piece of hardware is protected via a 4x/12 NEMA rated case, and with an IP-65 grade. Make sure the Quick Panel units Compact Flash Card "ACCESS" is switched to "OFF" before inserting or removing the Compact Flash and confirm that the lamp is not lit for the "ACCESS". If this is not done, data may get lost or damaged. Never turn "OFF" or reset the Quick Panel when using the Compact Flash Card while using. You must make a special Quick Panel application on the screen to prevent the access to the Compact Flash Card. San Disk Compact Flash Card can be used or any other manufacturers as well can be used. Lost data can be recovered. 
How to insert the Compact Flash Card in to the Quick Panel with out damaging the Compact Flash card?
This procedure can be used for all the Quick Panels with Ethernet. First, you can slide the Compact Flash Card Cover upwards to open. Then, insert the Compact Flash Card in to the Compact Flash Card Slot, push until the ejector button is pushed all the way forward. Make sure to close the cover and that the Compact Flash Card Access LED light turns ON.
