About the GQPJ2D100S2P
This model is a part of QuickPanel Junior category of 5 to 6 inch touch screen units. The QuickPanel series was developed by the industrial automation division of General Electric. GE no longer has this model or any of these units in production, since they are widely regarded as out of date and obsolete. However, our staff at AX Control are fully able to refurbish and repair any and all pieces of QuickPanel inventory.
The GQPJ2D100S2P model is a 5 diagonal inch touch screen panel. The entire viewing panel measured at 3 inches in height and 4 inches in width. The display it is outfitted with is an STN, full color setup. The graphics of this model are in a crisp resolution of 240 x 320 pixels.
The electrical power intake of the GCPJ2D100S2P model requires an operating range of at least 85 to 132 volts of alternating current. While in use, this unit consumes a maximum total of 12 Watts, and is able to withstand up to 1500 V/AC before serious damage occurs. Should a power failure occur, this model is built with an immunity that lasts up to 20 milliseconds before shutdown occurs.
The environmental specifications of this unit allow it to operate between a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, or 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Should overheating occur, the QuickPanel models are outfitted with what is regarded as a Natural Air Convection unit, rather than an integrated fan. It also eliminates the need for an external cooling system.
