This module is another variation of the QuickPanel 6 inch model. The CQPK3D200L2P module is one of the QuickPanel Junior units, and is outfitted with a display system that is made up of a monochromatic LCD display. The visual elements that are displayed to the user are in a 240 x 320 pixel resolution. The viewing panel is 5 inches wide, and 4 inches tall, measured diagonally at 6 inches.

The physical measurements of this model are standard for its size, with dimensions of 5.43 inches (height) x 6.71 inches (width) x 3.437 inches (depth). Alternatively, it is measured at 137.92 millimeters x 170.43 millimeters x 87.3 millimeters. The weight is also standard, being a light, compact unit at 1.5 pounds, or 0.68 kilograms.

Temperature-wise, this unit is capable of operating between a range of 0 to 40 degrees C (32 to 104 degrees F). The nominal temperature while this model is operational should be 40 degrees C, or 104 degrees F. If it exceeds this, then the brightness of the screen will diminish.

While in storage, the unit can be as cold as negative 20 degrees C (negative 4 F), and as hot as 60 degrees C (140 F).

The power source for this model must supply an intake of 20 to 27 volts of direct current. Nominally, an intake of 24 V/DC is the perfect balance. The unit comes built with a series of failsafes and safety measures. The power consumption rate that the model has while in use is 15 watts, maximum. There is also a power immunity capability, which keeps the unit functional for 20 milliseconds after a power loss.
