Product Description

The IC620ACC003 is the Micro PLC series’ operator interface unit that was designed and manufactured by GE Fanuc. The IC620ACC003 operator interface unit is no longer sold or supported by GE Fanuc, but AX Control may still have it in stock. Check on its availability on our website or by calling us during our weekday business hours.

The IC620ACC003 operator interface unit is primarily used for register and I/O monitoring along with I/O overrides, user messages, and PLC mode changes. Although it does not have the ability to edit or create a PLC program, it can display one. This device has a total of fourteen software keys that can be programmed to display messages about user-determined data items. When normal operation is occurring, these fourteen will be used to change and display the fourteen chosen data items.

The IC620ACC003 operator interface unit has two ports on its sides: the communications port on the top side and the DC 6V adapter jack on the right side. The top of the device is where its LCD display, which has two lines that each have the capability to display sixteen characters, and power status indicator LED are located. The LCD display comes into handy when it shows the user relevant information, such as error messages. There are two error messages that can occur, and those are “Open Rung” and “PLC in RUN mode.” The first one lets the user know that an open run or another program error has been encountered. The second one lets the user know that the PLC was in RUN mode whenever a transfer was attempted.
