IC210TMP001 is a FLASH Memory Pack. It is part of the Durus series manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This memory pack allows the user to download and upload applications to Durus controllers. An example of a typical application to a Durus controller involves using a Series 90-30. The Series 90-30 PLCs are a family of controllers, I/O systems, and specialty modules. They are trusted in such applications as high speed packaging, material handling, complex motion control, water treatment, continuous emissions monitoring, mining, food processing, elevator control, injection molding, etc. Series 90-30 is versatile and offers over 100 analog I/O modules. Easily store and transfer programs between modules using the optional memory pack, which adds functionality to many series of controllers.
The same controller port in which the user can attach the memory pack is also available for use as a cable connection to a computer RS-232 port. The memory compartment can also be used for a programmer cable. Install a memory option module by first turning off the controller and removing the cover of the memory compartment. Plug the memory option module into the slot and turn the controller on. Select either READ or WRITE from the display keypad to transfer the program to or from the memory module. If there is no keypad or display on the controller, the program in the memory module is automatically downloaded and executed when the power is turned on.
