The 10 point Durus-12 controller, IC210NDR012, is manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This controller requires 24 VDC input power and is not expandable via extension modules or any other method. The output control voltage is 250 VAC/30 VDC relay outputs with an 8A resistive and isolated load. The input current is 0.63 mA at 24 VDC, and as such, the input ON current is 0.161 mA at 9.8 VDC, and the input OFF current is 0.085 mA at 5 VDC. The dimensions of this drive controller are 72 mm x 90 mm x 58 mm. There is no plastic case, LCD display screen, or keypad for this device.
Do not substitute components, replace or wire modules, or disconnect the equipment unless the power has been turned off, especially in hazardous conditions. The aforementioned warnings are associated with explosion risk. Refer to the manual for further caution warnings. Make sure to install a protection circuit, an operation circuit, and an emergency-stop circuit. These offer external protection to the drive controller.
After installation, field wire IC210NDR012. Make sure to only connect the sensors via a 3-wire cable. To ensure good contact, firmly fasten wires with lock screws. Be sure to install external fusing between each load and power source. Next, transfer the application problems. Remove the cover of the memory compartment on the controller module in order to install the memory option module in the controller. Slide the memory option module into the slot and connect the programming computer.
