Product Description

GE Fanuc Automation manufactures the Durus-24 series of controllers, of which IC210DDD024 is a part. This is 24 point 24V DC power source controller with an LCD screen and a keypad. The specifications include (12) 24VDC input and (8) transistor output, with 4 analog inputs. 1 KHz input and PWM output are required for motion.

Do not mount the controller on a horizontal surface or in a rotated orientation. The controller can only be mounted horizontally on a DIN rail. In all other cases, mount the controller in an upright position on a vertical surface. Use the module’s mounting tabs to mount it to a panel or DIN rail. The mounting tabs are retractable. Also use the M4 screws provided. When installing the controller, ensure that there are no loose modules and no loose screws.

Keep the AC power voltage between 100-240 volts. Keep the input AC between 100-240 volts and the input DC between 10-26.4 volts. Ensure that the output power stays below AC 250 volts and below DC 30 volts. There can be no vibration or impact on this controller, and the controller may not come into contact with corrosive gases. Keep the relative humidity between 5-90% with no frost, and do not let the ambient temperature fall below 0 degrees Celsius.

IC210DDD024 can display up to 15 unique screens. The user can monitor timers, counters, and other system functions. In Run mode, users can edit the Preset Value of a Timer, Counter, or Compare instruction. A password may be implemented to prevent unauthorized access to the controller.
