The PYZ4RCY1-4V is a microcontroller from Fuji’s Z series. This temperature controller has a built-in microprocessor within its 48 mm square casing. This meets DIN standard. The unit can accept input from voltage/current, from resistance bulbs, or from thermocouples, and has a number of different built-in features for PID and on/off control including

dust/drip front panel that complies with IEC IP55.

Control cycle of 0.5 seconds
Proportional cycle of 1 to 150 seconds
The unit has an accuracy rating of +/- 0.5% full scale +/-1 digit, +/-5% full scale +/-1 digit (R thermocouple 0 to 400 degrees Celsius.) Settings are made through keyed operation. Outputs are shown on the unit’s front 7-segment 4-digit LED panel. Status is shown through control output with a high and low alarm option available. Only one alarm can be selected using the front panel.
The PYZ4RCY1-4V is designed to be panel mounted (flush) or wall-mounted. The controller weighs approximately 150 grams before the addition of shipping materials and boxing. It is 48 mm high by 48 mm wide by 93 mm deep. The PYZ4RCY1-4V should be used in areas where the ambient temperature is between -10 to +50 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity is 90% or less, non-condensing.
