The G11-PPCB-4-55 is a shaped board with several cutouts/armatures along the board edges. It is marked with several codes on its surface, including SA528531-07. The bottom edge of the board has seven conductive armatures extending from the board surface. These are marked E(G,) R, S, T, P(+,) N(-,) and E(G.) The top of the board has a vertical pin connector on a larger extension arm.

The body of the G11-PPCB-4-55 is populated by two transformers of different sizes, a two-position terminal strip (marked RO and TO,) an LED component, and several capacitor network arrays. The board also has diodes, resistors, capacitors, and thermistors. Resistors and capacitors may be found on both the front and back surfaces of the board. Capacitors may be made from aluminum electrolytic, ceramic, or other materials. Surface wiring is used in at least two instances. The board also has several integrated circuits embedded into its surface.
