The AF-300 G11 Drive is part of General Electric's G11 Drive family. This drive has a NEMA 1 enclosure, which keeps a structure safe from some small debris. With this casing, the user has to keep the drive indoors to be functional. There is an option to replace the enclosure with a NEMA 4 of NEMA 12 for extra durability. The drive has the ability to withstand an ambient temperature between -10 and 50 degrees Celsius. The dimensions of the drive are 5.91 x 10.25 x 5.71. There is a 3 section interface on the front of the drive. There is a 9 button keypad that helps set the functions and navigate the menus of the drive. The LCD Screen shows those functions and menus with a backlit display. There is also a numerical LED display that shows alarm codes and outputs. The drive comes with 5 languages other than English to fit a diverse user base.  Other features of the drive are the auto restart, slip compensation, PID process controller, and energy saver options.

The AF-300 G11 Drive uses its three phases to run at 5 horsepower with an rated current of 17 amps. The amperage of the drive can push itself to a 150% overload for 1 minute. The rated capacity of the drive is 6.7KVA. The base frequency volleys between 25 and 400Hz. The drive volleys between 50 and 400Hz at max frequency.

The AF-300 G11 Drive has three input phases and an input voltage of 230VAC with a 50/60Hz frequency.
