Product Description

The 6KAVI43001Y1D1 is a 1.5 HP 3-Phase AV-300i GE Fanuc VFD Motor Inverter Drive.

The 6KAVI43001Y1D1 has an input of 400/480 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 4.8 amps @ 400 VAC, and 4.2 amps @ 480 VAC. It has an output of 0-480 VAC, 0-500 Hz, 1.5 kW @ 400 VAC, 4 amps @ 400 VAC, and 3.2 amps @ 480 VAC. It can overload for 1 minute for 150%.

The 6KAVI43001Y1D1 does come with standard features that include but are not limited to: output protection versus ground faults and phase to phase shorts, overload control, 8 internal speed references, controlled stopping in the case of AC power loss, PID control, speed-related alarms, adaptive speed regulation, three configurable analog inputs on the standard drive, and self-tuning for current, flux, or speed regulators.

On the front cover of the 6KAVI43001Y1D1 is a user interface. It has a 9 button keypad, a display, and 6 drive status LEDs. There are two blue buttons on the keypad that are in charge of controlling the drive’s speed, four orange buttons that are in control of navigating the user interface menu, a green start button, a red stop button, and a black shift button.  On the bottom of the drive is a heatsink and a cable entry plate that has two RS-232 female ports (one 9-pin and one 15-pin). The cover on the front of the drive can be removed to reveal the regulation card and its main terminal strips. Below the regulation card is a power card. Below that is a cooling fan and an IGBT bridge. On the sides of the drive are factory drilled air circulation holes. This drive does not come with an external fan assembly.
