Product Description

The 7VZEX191CD01 is a General Electric DC300 3 HP Drive. This drive is no longer supported by GE, but AX Control does try to keep it in stock.

The 7VZEX191CD01 is a DC300 Adjustable Speed Industrial Drive. It has an input rating of 230 volts, 11 amps, and 60Hz. It is 3-phase. It has an output rating of 3 horsepower, 240 volts, and 13 amps. This drive weighs right around 130 lbs.

The 7VZEX191CD01 is in an open style chassis. It has a fan assembly on the bottom of it that is used to keep air circulating to the internal components within the chassis. There are brackets attached to the back and side of the chassis that are there to help mount the drive. Bolts and washers should be used on these brackets to help ensure this drive is securely mounted into place.

There are two printed circuit cards that are exposed on the bottom of the 7VZEX191CD01, just below the faceplate. These boards are secured to mounting brackets and attached using a combination of screws and zip ties.  On the top exposed board, there is a short terminal strip and a long terminal strip. There is also a female RS-232 connection port. There are four ribbon cable connections and a yellow capacitor on this board. On the second board that is under the top exposed board, there are two ribbon cable connections. There are three relays on the top that are next to two small terminal strips. Below that is another terminal strip that is almost as long as the board it is on.

GE DC300 manual or datasheets may be available.  Please let us know when ordering if you need these documents.
