About the 7VODD119CD

The 7VODD119CD is a 60 HP GE DC300 Adjustable Speed Drive. The DC300 series of drives is no longer being supported by GE and parts for it may be difficult to locate. AX Control does attempt to keep this series of drives in stock, but please contact us directly for pricing and product availability.

The 7VODD119CD has input power values of 460 V, 82 A, 60 Hz, and is 3-phase. This drive has output power values of 100 A and 500 VDC. This drive includes the following PCBs: a 531X133PRUKG1 process interface board, a 531X300CCHATM3 control card, a 531X171TMAADS2 micro appl TB card, and a 531X170TBSADS1 TB option card.

The 7VODD119CD is in an open-type chassis that has different components exposed. On top of the 7VODD119CD are a power supply, semiconductors, and wiring. On the bottom of the drive is a fan assembly that helps to ensure proper airflow is reaching the internal components of the drive. On the bottom edge of the front of the drive are two exposed printed circuit boards. These are the 531X171TMAADS2 and 531X170TBSADS1 cards. These boards are exposed to give the user easy access to their components.  Some of the components that are easily accessed on these boards are 5 terminal strips of varying lengths, 7 ribbon cable connections, a 25-pin female RS-232 connection, three transformers, a varistor, and several resistors. There are metal mounting brackets on the back and sides of the drive that can be used to mount it to a flat surface.

A GE DC300 manual may be available for this unit.
