The diagnostic readout 010100 has a fault number of FL20 and a fault name TLOSS which means a loss of tach feedback (L, T).

-The tach leads are disconnected.

-There is a tach feedback circuit failure, the 7PL is disconnected or damaged.

-The Process Interface card jumpers or switches are incorrect. 

-The P7-SFB ZERO on the Process Interface card is misadjusted - set test point SFBB for zero volts and zero speed.

-The AN or digital tach is connected but the CEMF regulator is being used - remove JP7 from the Process Interface card.

-JP17 on the Control card is in the 1-2 position. Move to the 2-3 position.

-The JP14 on the Control card is in the wrong position.

-A fuse is open on the AC line -FU1-3.

-The 1PL is disconnected or damaged.

-There is a low or unbalanced AC line voltage - line to line or line to neutral is more than 5%low.

-There is a loose AC power connection.

The CFU1 on the Power Supply card is open.

-15-volt supplies are outside the limits (+ or - 5%).
