The DS2020ASSAG1 module is an AC2000G SRC.BRG.P ST model produced by General Electric to be used within the Mark V System. One of the key features of this module being used in the Mark V System is that it can be used in several different unusual operating conditions, some of these conditions are loss of oil, overheating, and over speed. When used in the Mark V Series this module will be used with a completely programmable turbine control system to meet the needs of steam and gas turbine prime mover applications.
This module can be used with software voting in the Mark V System. Another feature of the DS2020ASSAG1, when used in the Mark V System, is it has several hardware inputs and outputs, there are several different types of hardware inputs and outputs, some of which are, contact and solenoid outputs, servo valve interface, flame detection, and synchronization interfacing. All of these different inputs/outputs have different functions, the function of flame detection is to monitor the potential flame in the combustion chamber.
Due to no longer being produced by General Electric the DS2020ASSAG1 module is considered obsolete; due to its obsolescence there is very little information on this module but the series manual, GEI-100460 can be used when using this module.
