This board lives on the STCA board as a daughterboard and acts as an I/O switchboard between input and output cards and the system’s control engine. This is a Mark V component. Mark V Speedtronic systems were used to manage industrial gas and steam turbine systems. Some DS200UCPB boards have their own daughterboard, as well. The daughterboard applicable to this Mark V Series product offering is a PCM-COM4A, which is typically known as a PCM board. The PCM board is used for serial communication with the FMVED system within Mark V Series Assemblies. However, boards with this option are typically only used within the <R2> engine specifically.
The DS200UCPBG6ADA is built with a CPU processor chip as well as with a SIMM memory module socket.
