Product Description

The DS200TCTLG1A is a Steam Turbine Trip Board, otherwise known as a Steam Turbine Reheat Board, that was initially created by General Electric. This board is a legacy series and may now be a little hard to find. AX Control does, however, try to keep this board in stock as a new surplus or refurbished part. Please call us directly for its availability and pricing.

The DS200TCTLG1A is also known as a turbine trip circuit. This board is a part of the master trip circuit and the protection core. This circuit has at least two sets of primary trip relays (PTR1 & 2) and then three sets of three emergency trip relays (ETR1 & 2). The PTRs are typically controlled by other boards like the TCQA while the ETRs are controlled by TCEA boards. If there becomes an issue with two of the three relays in this system, it will cause the turbine to trip.

The DS200TCTLG1A also has other features than the trip relays. It possesses four auxiliary control outputs that include an oil test solenoid, a mechanical lockout solenoid, an oil reset solenoid valve, and an electrical lockout solenoid.

The DS200TCTLG1A can be used to perform the actual electrical overspeed trip test, the mechanical trip piston test, the actual mechanical overspeed trip test, the TMR cross trip test, the electrical overspeed trip test (online), the electrical trip test,  the electrical overspeed trip test (offline), and the emergency over speed cross trip test.
