Product Description
The DS200TCRAG2ABC board component functions as a Relay output board. This is used within General Electric’s Mark V turbine control system.
TCRA boards are used within <Q11> and the <Q51> cores. This board has four relays; TCRA boards can have up to thirty. Boards with four relays are used in the <Q11> core. Be sure to order the correct board for your particular needs. Space is located and marked off on the board for the other relays but is not present in this particular version.
In most applications, relays on the DS200TCRAG2ABC operate the gas manifold blow-off valves. These valves release pressure and are part of the turbine’s safety features. The valves are used to prevent compressor surge.
The DS200TCRAG2ABC uses the JO connector on the board’s surface to write signals from the TCQE board to the TCRA board. The JS1, JS2, and JS3 connectors are typically used to write contact output signals.
While the DS200TCRAG2ABC offers no software configuration, hardware configuration allows for terminal board-level changes on the DTBC and DTBD terminal boards. GE manuals will provide you with additional information.
This particular board is sparsely populated with relays, integrated circuits, and connectors. The board is drilled for mounting and marked with the board ID.
