Product Description
The DS200TCQEG2AED printed circuit board is a GE LM6000 I/O processor board. It is used within General Electric’s Mark V turbine control system, which is one of the later Speedtronic systems. Speedtronic turbine control systems have been around since the 1960s when the Mark I was introduced. These systems offer reliable control and management of industrial gas and steam turbine systems. AX Control maintains on-hand stock of replacement parts for many Speedtronic systems. Be sure to check our full inventory, and check your part number against this listing; all digits of the part number are important when you reorder. If this is not the exact board you’re looking for, please refer to our full inventory list for another version of this I/O processor board.
The DS200TCQEG2AED is used to scale and condition analog I/O signals within the Mark V system. The board is placed within the <R1> core. LM applications require this board.
The DS200TCQEG2AED has multiple connectors on its surface, including vertical plugs and pin connectors. Connectors are used for such things as writing high-pressure shaft speed signals, reading sensor signals for load coupling shear, and connecting to other boards to distribute signals. The board includes multiple configurable jumpers that control the stall timer, oscillator enabler for factory testing, and milliamp outputs current range. Software configurations can change RTD constants, pulse rates, and several other settings. Refer to General Electric manuals for a full list.
