Product Description
DS200TCQCG1BHF GE Mark V EX2000 Overflow RST PCB
The DS200TCQCG1BHF is a GE RST Overflow board used in the Mark V series. The MKV is one of the later Speedtronic systems from GE, used for gas and steam turbine control. It was designed specifically for use in single or dual medium- to large heavy-duty gas turbines as well as aero-derivative turbines. It is a triple-redundant system that uses R/S/T processors for multiple backups on all critical controls and systems. The DS200TCQCG1BHF is most often used in the EX2000 subset of the Mark V.
The DS200TCQCG1BHF functions as an Overflow card. It is used to provide excitation to the LVDT and LVDR. It is populated with multiple connectors, including eleven vertical pin cable connectors and five male vertical pin header connectors as well as one vertical female plug.
Other board components include six relay components, over 25 resistor network arrays, TP test points, transistors, ceramic capacitors, diodes, metal film resistors, and capacitors of other materials. The board has over forty integrated circuits, a heat sink, and thirty-seven jumper switches. You should note the position of each jumper on your previous board and duplicate these settings before installing your new board. The board is drilled in each corner to allow for mounting and is marked with several codes including C-ESS and 6BA04. Two edges are lettered or numbered to allow for proper alignment.
