Product Description

The DS200TCQCG1AHE is a RST Overflow card designed to be used within GE’s Mark V turbine control systems.  The Mark V is one of the later versions of General Electric’s Speedtronic control system.  Speedtronic systems have been used for years to manage industrial gas and steam turbine systems.  While many of these systems (and their replacement parts) have been moved into legacy status by the OEM, AX Control makes a concerted effort to maintain on-hand inventory so we can more effectively fulfill our customers’ needs for replacement inventory. 

The DS200TCQCG1AHE RST overflow cards are typically used within <R1>, <R2>, and <R3>.  The board contains I/O expansion used for IONET communication interface from <R1> to <P1> and <Q11>.   The board scales and conditions analog signals that have been read from I/O cores.  It is also designed to provide an excitation signal for LVDRs and LVDTs.  Also, the board is designed to scale and condition pulse rate inputs. 

The DS200TCQCG1AHE is built with a number of configurable jumpers.  These control output current range for servo outputs.    Additionally, even numbered jumpers typically control feedback scaling.  Odd-numbered jumpers are used for source output resistance.    The board requires no software configuration.  

Multiple connectors are located on the board that allow for connection to other boards for writing or reading signals, or for distribution of power.  Seven of the connectors (1PL, 6PL, 17PL, VARC, JBU, ARCPL, CARC) are typically left unused, but are available if needed.
