Product Description
The GE RST Extended Analog I/O Board DS200TCQBG1 is populated with a programmable logic device and EPROM modules. The GE RST Extended Analog I/O Board DS200TCQBG1 also has 1 OK LED that is viewable from the side, 1 50-pin connector, and 15 jumpers. The green LED enables the operator to check the status of the board at a glance. If the LED is lit, it means the board is receiving power and is functioning. The operator can view the operations of the board from the board cabinet on the drive, along with the operations of other boards in the cabinet. If the LED is not lit up, then either the board is not receiving power, or is not functioning. If you are able to verify that the board is receiving power, there are some steps that you can take to diagnose board.
The first step is to use the diagnose tools available on the drive. The drive features a control panel with a 2-line display and a keypad. The user interface is a menu of options the operator can select from. The user can edit the configuration parameters to change the operating instructions for the drive. The menu selections give the operator access to the sections of the configuration and make small edits easy to perform. The operator can also use the keypad to locally run the drive. For example, using the keys the operator can stop the motor, start the motor, or change the direction of the motor.
