Product Description
The DS200TCPDG1BCC printed circuit board functions as a Power Distribution card. This board is used within General Electric’s Mark V turbine control system. The Mark V is a GE Speedtronic system. Speedtronic turbine control systems have been controlling and managing industrial gas and steam turbine systems since the late 1960s (Mark 1 through Mark 6e). Our company maintains as much replacement stock of these systems as we possibly can to better meet our customers' needs.
The DS200TCPDG1BCC is a square-shaped board that is populated with multiple components. This includes a single 10-pin connector, over twenty LED indicators, metal oxide varistors, and eight toggle switches. The board also features vertical pin connectors and plug connectors.
The DS200TCPDG1BCC power distribution module is located within the <PD> core of the Mark V. The module is used to distribute 125 VDC power to TCPS boards within each of the I/O cores as well as the control engine core. It also distributes power to the TCEA boards within the <P1> core. The toggle switches on the surface of the DS200TCPDG1BCC allow users to power down each core independently.
The DS200TCPDG1BCC does not include any sort of software configuration. However, the BJS jumper can be used for hardware configuration to isolate the ground reference on any systems with an external reference.
More information about this board and the Mark V system, in general, can be found by using General Electric manuals focusing on these subjects. AX Control can help you locate the correct documentation if you no longer have your original copies.
