Product Description
The GE I/O TC2000 Analog Board DS200TCCAG1A features one 80196 microprocessor and multiple PROM modules. It also contains one LED and 2 50-pin connectors. The LED is visible from the side view of the board. The IDs for the 50-pin connectors are JCC and JDD. Because the GE I/O TC2000 Analog Board DS200TCCAG1A is populated with a microprocessor, it is important that the board be kept at a cool temperature to enable the microprocessor to function accurately and also to prolong the life of the microprocessor. Excessive heat can damage a microprocessor and also lead to inaccurate processing.
The environment for proper cooling begins when the drive is installed. The drive must be installed in a location with clean cool air that is free of dust and dirt. If the drive is mounted on a wall, the wall cannot have heat-generating equipment on the other side of it. In some locations, fans must be installed to provide the proper air flow. Is that is the case, make sure the fans are in good working order.
Make sure the drive is installed in a location with plenty of room on all sides so that air can flow freely. Air is designed to enter the bottom of the drive and exit the top as heated air. It is heated as it passes over the hot components. Cable routing also ensures that air passes over the components. Makes sure the bundles of cables do not block air flow and block the air vents.
