Product Description

The DS200TBCBG1AAA is a General Electric Mark V Termination Analog board.  AX Control has more than one of these boards in stock; because each letter in the board’s identification ID is important, be sure to order the correct board for your particular system.  Mark V Speedtronic systems are used to control and maintain gas and steam industrial turbine systems of various sizes and complexity. 

The DS200TBCBG1AAA termination analog card is a long and narrow board.  It features a long terminal block along one board edge, as well as several vertical pin connectors.   The board also has jumper switches and resistor network arrays. This is one of three terminal boards used by the MKV systems to accept isolated 21 volt DC excitation power inputs.   

Jumpers on the DS200TBCBG1AAA determine whether inputs are used as voltage or current inputs.  When in current input mode,  voltage is internally parallel wired to the TCQA boards in <R1> and <R3>.  Current inputs on this board can be 4-20 mA (14)  or selectable between 4-20 mA or 1 mA. (8). GE manuals have in-depth information about jumper selection and configuration. 

The DS200TBCBG1AAA has a JHH connector designed to write milliamp input signals to the TCCB board and a JII connector that writes RTD signals to the same board.
