The GE Analog I/O Terminal Board DS200TBCAG2A features 2 blocks of 90 signal wire terminals and 2 50-pin connectors. When the drive is offline to replace the GE Analog I/O Terminal Board DS200TBCAG2A it is a best practice to take the opportunity to perform the maintenance procedure on the drive.
Regular maintenance keeps the drive in excellent working condition and extends the working life of the drive. The first maintenance step is to open the cabinet doors and inspect the moving parts for small bits of metal that might have lodged in the moving parts. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove any debris in the moving parts. Use a cleaning cloth to clean the components of dust, dirt, oil and grease. Use mild detergents to clean any oil or grease. Inspect the components for dust and use a vacuum to remove the dust. Inspect the wire connections and test them by pulling gently on the connections. If any appear lose, tighten them with a screwdriver or wrench as appropriate. Use your hands to spin the motor and make sure it spins freely.
Once you have completed the regular maintenance, you can replace the DS200TBCAG2A. Use one hand to hold the board stationary in the board rack and with the other hand remove the screws from the four corners of the board. Retain the four screws and washers for use when you install the new board. If possible remove the board with the signal wires attached. Place it on a rolling card or other surface next to the drive cabinet.
