DS200SSHVMG1A SCR High Voltage Interface Board

This circuit board is a part of the DS200 category of devices belonging to the Speedtronic MK. V series of turbine control units. The DS200 circuit boards are attachments designed to be integrated and installed into the Speedtronic control systems in order to provide the capability to run and regulate the unit for optimal turbine control and management.

This printed circuit board is the DS200SSHVMG1A, an SCR High Voltage Interface Board. This SHVI circuit board is designed to provide the control drive with a method of interfacing with signals that are incoming from the SCR bridge. The DS200SSHVMG1A then sends those signals to the control drive’s power supply and instrumentation circuit board. After that, the signals are then sent to the drive’s DS200 Power Connect circuit board.

The DS200SSHVMG1A is designed to convert the shunt signals (-500 millivolts to 500 millivolts) it receives into 0 - 500 kHz differential frequency outputs, and send them to the control drive’s Power Supply circuit board. This board is also able to provide the attenuation of both the line voltage and the bridge voltage.
