Product Description
The GE DC300 Drive Snubber Board DS200SSBAG1ARP features one 2-pin connector, 3 capacitors, and four posts for attaching cables. Three of the four posts on the GE DC300 Drive Snubber Board DS200SSBAG1ARP are designed to connect to the three cables attached to a component on the board. When you receive the original board from the factory, the printed materials describe how to attach the three cables to the terminals. The fourth terminal is connected to a wire present in the drive.
First, when you receive the replacement board, you must first examine the three cables on the defective board and make sure the cables on the replacement board are attached to the same terminals. If a fourth cable is attached to the defective board, attach a tag to it with the ID of the terminal.
If there is a cable that is attached to the 2-pin connector, tag the cable with the connector ID printed on the board and attach it to the cable. This will make it much faster and easier to attach the cable to the replacement board.
With one hand remove the four screws and use the other hand to support the board. Then, use two hands to hold the board by the sides and remove it from the drive. Have a good view of the board cabinet and don’t let it hit or bump into the sides of the cabinet opening. Place it on a clean and dry surface. For example, a desk or bench.
