Product Description

The DS200SLCCG3ACC card is a LAN (local area network) communication board. This unit was developed by General Electric for the Mark V series of replacement drive boards. A wide range of drives and exciters across the GE family can have this card installed. Features provided by this board include an interfacing space for LAN signals sent to the host drive.

Installing the DS200SLCCG3ACC board provides both isolated and nonisolated circuits for drive communication. All signals sent to the board are processed with the device’s integrated LAN control processor (LCP). All program memory for the LCP is stored in the device’s two removable EPROM memory cartridges. The host drive’s drive control processor can interface with the LCP using the dual ported RAM. Users are provided access to system diagnostics and settings using the attachable programmer keypad. This alphanumeric programming tool attaches easily to the card.

Devices and boards purchased through AX Control are carefully shipped in protective static resistant plastic bags. Only remove the device once all provided installation parameters have been reviewed. Trained personnel should be the only users permitted to handle and install the DS200SLCCG3ACC board. Instructions for wiring the board can be found in the series manual and the device datasheet.
