Product Description

The DS200SLCCG1ABA is a replacement SLCC LAN Communications Card designed for use within GE’s Mark V turbine control system.  This is only one of many versions of this card available within AX Control’s on-hand stock, so please be sure to order the correct version for your particular application.  Also, be aware that DS200SLCC boards are typically shipped with empty U6 and U7 sockets.  If you require EPROMs for these locations, please order DS215 boards instead. 

The DS200SLCCG1ABA is designed to mount on four standoffs located upon the SDCC Mark V board.   The board interfaces via the KPPL connector on the SLCC board.  The cover on the SDCC will snap over the SLCC component snugly,  leaving the 16-digit alphanumeric display open and visible.  The DS200SLCCG1ABA board includes configurable hardware components like berg-type hardware jumpers as well as wire jumpers.   The majority of these jumpers are used for factory test applications.   Those used for user application options have settings listed in associated manuals and user guides.  

Other board components on the DS200SLCCG1ABA include resistor network arrays, resistors, right-angle and vertical connectors, diodes, and capacitors. 

More information about this board and its proper handling can be sourced through original GE manuals and user guides.  This board is static-sensitive and should be handled as such at all times.   Make sure to remove power from the drive before removing the board or any of its connections.  This decreases the chance of equipment damage.   The same caution should be applied to the reinsertion or replacement of connections.
