Product Description
The SC2000 VME I/O board DS200SIOBG1AAA is one of the models used with the Mark V systems to add more I/O features. The SIOB board will be mounted in one VME slot and will connect to a common VME P1 connector. The primary function of the SIOB board is to provide additional I/O features as well as support up to 16-bit data transfers and standard I/O address modifiers. The SIOB model is labeled under the Auxiliary Modules and Boards used with the UC200V system.
The DS200SIOBG1AAA has many features; some of the features on the SIOB model are three switch blocks, twenty jumpers, a single LED, and a forty-pin connector. The switch blocks on the unit each have six switches making a total of eighteen switches on this board. The jumpers on this board can be configured to whatever the user desires, so it is functionally operating to the Mark V system's specifications. Other features of the SIOB board are two I/O connectors labeled J1 and J2. The two connectors will be connected through special cables to the TBB or TBA terminal boards for external connections.
