Product Description
The DS200PLIBG1ACA is a phase logic interface card used in the Mark V Speedtronic system. This is a gas turbine control system designed for use with gas or steam turbines. It offers full system control in either single or triple redundant architecture. To be more specific, the DS200PLIBG1ACA is often used within the EX2000 substructure of the MkV, which is used with brushless excitation systems to control ac terminal voltage.
As an early phase logic device, the DS200PLIBG1ACA is designed to act as an interface between the process controller’s phase logic and batch executions. The board controls phase state transitions as well as communication between these areas.
The DS200PLIBG1ACA has many connectors on its surface. This includes a line of six vertical pin connectors at its center. The components are lined up parallel to the short edges of the board and parallel to each other. More connectors can be found at the top and bottom of the PCB.
The DS200PLIBG1ACA is also populated by eighteen LED indicators, placed in three groups of six. There’s a single berg-type jumper located at the center top of the board. Other components include resistors, integrated circuits, resistor network arrays, diodes, and capacitors. Most are marked by reference designators.
