Product Description
The DS200NATOG3ACB is a GE Mark V component. The Mark V was the third Speedtronic series with triple-redundant microprocessor based management for gas and steam turbines from General Electric. Some common features of the Mark V series include common operator training and controls for steam and gas turbines in combined-cycle STAG plants, full turbine-generator monitoring for all sizes of turbines, high resolution time tags of contact inputs, communication links to plant controls, enhanced diagnostics, and fully digital valve position to provide a more linear response of the steam turbine. The Mark V was introduced in 1991 with significant improvements over the previous MKIV system.
The DS200NATOG3ACB has been marked on two edges with numbers and letters to facilitate alignment. The board has two factory-drilled holes in each corner for mounting options. There are several other openings made in the surface of the board at the factory.
The DS200NATOG3ACB has a single male vertical pin connector. This connector has twenty pins. It is marked “JV” and is located in the center of the bottom edge. To the left of this component is a single TP test point that is marked “TPV” and “TEST.” There are also five ceramic high-voltage capacitors located on this edge. These components are marked MV1-MV5.
The DS200NATOG3ACB has six TP test points including the one mentioned above. The remaining test points are marked TP1-TP5. They are also marked TPA-TPE. The board had fifteen other metal connectors. These connectors are attached to the board in three rows of five. The first of these rows is labeled JA-JE, the second is labeled JAA-JEA, and the third is labeled JAB-JEB.
The DS200NATOG3ACB has ten resistors. These components are marked R3/R4, R9/10, R15/16, R21/R22, and R27/R28. Above the two lines of these resistors are two lines of outlines labeled for resistors, but no resistors are attached to the board. These spaces are marked R1/R2, R7/R8, R13/R14, R19/20, and R25/R26. Below the resistors are two lines of through-hole wires. These are labeled in two ways: as WJ1-WJ10, and as R5/R6, R11/R12, R17/R18, R23/R24, and R29/R30.
