The box has several pre-drilled holes to secure the DS3820FDCA1A1A in place. The DS3820FDCA1A1A has a hinged door that secures into place to protect the circuit board inside. Each piece of the DS3820FDCA1A1A is labeled with a corresponding letter and number. The General Electric logo and part number (DS3820FDCA1A1A) is printed on the circuit board. Where the circuit board was manufactured (U. S. A.) is also printed on the circuit board below the General Electric logo. Inside the DS3820FDCA1A1A there is a small circuit board with three large dark brown resistors and two small light blue resistors. The resistors have small colored band like markings that represent how much energy each resistor can withstand. The DS3820FDCA1A1A has three tiny yellow bead like diodes. The diodes only allow energy to flow in one direction. The DS3820FDCA1A1A has one large silver capacitor and one long dark capacitor. Capacitors are used to store extra energy in an electrical field for later use. There is a circular metal sphere with a screw and nut attaching it to a metal bracket. The circular sphere has three grey wires coming out of it going into the circuit board.
