Product Description

GE manufactured the DS3800NGTA1D1D for their Mark IV series. This series was created for gas/steam turbine control. It can be used to automate certain procedures for more consistent control, such as cool down and shut down. It can also be used for air, fuel and water emissions monitoring.

The DS3800NGTA1D1D has the following specs and components:

• -it is alignment marked and factory drilled. It also has the codes '6BA04' and '6DA03' marked on an edge.

• -it has two connectors for communication: one (female) is marked 218A4553-1A mp 533002-1, and the other is a multi-pin vertical connector. This is placed near four nylon pins and meant to connect to an optional auxiliary board.

• -it has two extractor clips. Extractor clips, or 'pullers,' are used by technicians to insert and extract PCBs from tight locations without damaging circuitry. The clips use lever action to pull the board out of place.

• -it has three resistor networks and three trim potentiometers.

• -it has five test points, four LEDs (one amber and three red,) and one toggle switch.

• -it has twenty-five integrated circuits, including quad 2-input positive AND gates, hex inverters, and dual retriggerable one-shots.
