Product Description

The DS3800NFMC1E1C was manufactured by General Electric. This is a part of the Mark IV series made for the control of turbines. The DS3800NFMC1E1C is a fault finder display circuit board.

The DS3800NFMC1E1C features many different useful components. Thirty-eight (38) integrated circuits cover much of the board. Also included on the DS3800NFMC1E1C is a long connector port. With this port, extra components or boards may be attached to this circuit board. Featured on the right side of the DS3800NFMC1E1C is a series of nine (9) red LEDs, which is short for light-emitting diode. These light-emitting diodes light up red when they are in use. Adjacent to the LEDs is a line of fifteen (15) test points. Each test point is labeled with the letters TP, from TP1 to TP 15. These test points can be used by a user to test the functions of the board. A number of capacitors in different sizes and colors are found on the DS3800NFMC1E1C. Two (2) medium-sized silver capacitors are placed on the right side of the board. On the upper edge is another smaller silver capacitor. The DS3800NFMC1E1C also has many small capacitors which are banded in multicolored bands. Many resistors are also found on the DS3800NFMC1E1C. These small resistors also come in different sizes and colors. Some of the resistors have multicolored bands, while others are solid. Nineteen (19) round black transistors are found in rows of four and three on the left half of the DS3800NFMC1E1C.
