The DS3800NFCD1S1L is a printed circuit board manufactured by GE for the Mark IV system. The Mark IV was developed for gas and steam turbine management. It can protect turbine systems and keep them from running outside of safe parameters, and can also automate startup, cooldown, and shutdown procedures.

The DS3800NFCD1S1L is a larger PCB that performs as a motherboard for the smaller DS3800DFCD. This includes an input/output expander by Intel(8243) with four 4-bit I/O ports which serve as an extension of the on-chip I/O, as well as dual d-type positive edge-triggered flip-flops that utilize Schottky TTL circuitry (SN74LS74AN,) and dual J-K flip-flops from Motorola(SN74LS112AN, which feature individual J, K, clock and asynchronous set and clear inputs to each flip-flop.

The DS3800NFCD1S1L has two DIP plugs (Augat,) one vertical connector (5-pin male,) and two 218A4537-P4 connectors. These last are placed on the right board edge. The PCB is populated with two plunge switches, over twenty transistors, and thirty test points. It is marked for alignment along the top edge.
