General Electric manufactured the DS3800NFCD1S1K firing circuit board as a component of the Mark IV (Speedtronic) series. This series was developed by GE as a gas and steam turbine management system. It can also automate turbine systems for shutdown, startup and cooldown procedures.

The DS3800NFCD1S1K is a larger printed circuit board which acts as a motherboard to the smaller DS3800DFCD. When attached, this auxiliary board provides access to three ammeters and four jumpers. It is supported at each corner by a nylon pin and held in place with seventeen board-to-board connector pins.

The DS3800NFCD1S1K is factory drilled in each corner. It has five additional drill points: one in each left corner, and three in the body of the board. The DS3800NFCD1S1K is populated by two Augat DIP plugs, one 5-pin vertical connector, and two more connectors located along its right edge. The board is populated with various capacitors, diodes, and resistors. The resistors are of differing values and are made of ceramic covered metal film. Diodes may not be labeled.
