Product Description

The DS3800HXMA1H1G PCB manufactured by General Electric is a part of their Mark IV Speedtronic gas and steam turbine control system. This system was designed to control every aspect of a gas/steam turbine system, and to protect the system from unsafe operating conditions such has over-speed and over-temperature. The Mark IV was created with interworking chipsets with built in redundancies; this allows one board to take over the responsibilities of a damaged board if needed, allowing the user time to repair that board with little to no downtime within the entire system.

The DS3800HXMA1H1G has been factory drilled and has two clips mounted for extra mounting options. It has four resistor network arrays; these may be for digital to analog conversion or for voltage division. The DS3800HXMA1H1G has one test point, one LED and fifteen jumper switches. These are labeled "Test," "LS1-LS4," "FS1-FS4," "LAB5-LAB8," and "FAB5/FAB6."

The DS3800HXMA1H1G has been created with 35 integrated circuits and one aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The circuits include Motorola I8641C, T. Inst. S8714AS, and the Hitachi HM6116P-2. The circuit made by Hitachi has a single 5V supply and works with lower standby and power operation. The HM6116P-2 is TTL compatible. It has standard 16K EPROM/MASK ROM.
