Product Description

DS3800HVDBIJIF Video Driver Board 

The DS3800HVDBIJIF is a Mark IV board component manufactured by GE.  The MKIV was the first of the Speedtronic gas/steam turbine management systems from GE to offer a TMR (triple modular redundant) design.  This type of design significantly reduces downtime caused by equipment issues.  The DS3800HVDBIJIF is available from our company as a reconditioned, thoroughly tested unit.  It may also be available from liquidated never used stock.  

The DS3800HVDBIJIF functions as a Video Driver Card.  Like most MKIV boards, it features a modular design with a backplane connector on one edge of the board and two extractor clips on the other.  This allows the board to be inserted and extracted from the rack system with ease and with no damage to fragile components on the board’s surface from repeated handling. 

The DS3800HVDBIJIF is populated by a single twenty-pin right-angled connector located on one board edge. The board has an additional video connector located next to this connector.   It has thirteen jumper switches,  metal film and carbon composite resistors, diodes, electrolytic capacitors, ceramic capacitors, and sixty-two integrated circuits, including oscillating chips and EPROMs.
