Product Description

The DS3800HPTJ printed circuit board from General Electric is a replacement board for the Mark IV system.  Thai board functions as a Gate Driver card.  Since AX Control has more than one version of this board available within our inventory, please be sure to order the correct version for your particular application. 

The DS3800HPTJ board is an almost-square board that is factory-drilled in each corner.  It is drilled with both large and small holes.  The board also has additional drill holes along one edge.   The board carries the GE logo along with the board ID number and is marked along one edge with lettering to help with alignment.  A label along one short edge carries additional information about the board. 

The DS3800HPTJ board only has a few mounted components.  This includes three lines of resistors, three transistors, two stab-on connectors, a capacitor, a right-angled pin connector, and a transformer. 

Mark IV turbine control systems are used to manage and control industrial gas and steam turbine systems.  These systems use an operator control panel connected to control switches, primary displays, and additional log printouts.   Mark IV systems are typically triple modular redundant systems.  They usually include an emergency stop and an operation and control group.   Additional details about this board or this system can be sourced through original manuals and user guides that were provided by General Electric with original OEM purchases.  If you no longer have these documents let our team know.  We sometimes can help with sourcing replacements for you.
