About the DS3800HIMB

The DS3800HIMB is a printed circuit board manufactured by GE as a component in their Mark IV Speedtronic line. The Mark IV was designed for gas and steam turbine control and can be used for sequencing the turbine fuel for startup, for shutdown and cool down procedures, and for fuel, air, and emissions control. The Speedtronic system was designed to have minimal downtime due to electronics failures.

The DS3800HIMB has been designed with the following specifications:

• It has been factory-drilled in two corners for one mounting option

• It has been marked along one edge with the codes '6DA00' and '6BA01' to help the user match compatible boards

• It has a Bicron capacitor, marked 218A4819

• It has one amber LED located along one long edge.

• It has two small transistors, located together along one short edge

• It has one larger Motorola transistor. This transistor is compatible with TTL and DTL.

• It has one female A-md connector located along one long side of the card.

• It has one yellow capacitor marked 8623D 200V

• It is built with multiple diodes and ceramic resistors of differing values.
