Product Description

The DS3800DFXB1B1C printed circuit board is part of the Mark IV Speedtronic control system from General Electric.  The board functions as a regulator card and is one of several versions available through AX Control.  Please check our inventory for other options if this is not the exact board you are currently using.  The MKIV was the first TMR Speedtronic system, designed for the control of gas turbine systems.  It offered basic control options including control, protection, and sequencing, and was designed to crank the turbine, bring it to the approximate 20% purging speed, fire it, and then bring the unit up to operation.   Once in operation, the MK IV control system synchronizes the system and offers ongoing protection. 

The DS3800DFXB1B1C regulator board provides constantly fixed output voltages to the system.  The board does this regardless of changes in load or input voltage.  The DS3800DFXB1B1C is a rectangular board that is factory drilled at each edge to allow for mounting.   The board is marked with the identification number and with several codes that will help users with locating the proper installation point and with wiring the board properly.  Components are sparse but include three EEPROM chips, three resistor network arrays, capacitors, resistors, and a connector point with an attached ribbon connector.  This will allow the board to communicate with other components.
