The GE FANUC component marked IC3600LRDH1A is a Relay Driver card for the Mark I or Mark II series from General Electric. These two systems were the first of the Speedtronic gas or steam turbine management systems released by GE. Both have now been used for decades to manage heavy-duty gas turbine systems in all sorts of configurations, from single unit 4000 hp systems at use in remote piping stations to full power stations with a combined cycle rating of up to 400 Mw.
