Product Description

The IC3600AOAL1D1B is a GE FANUC part designed for the Mark I or the Mark II series.  The first of the Speedtronic steam/gas turbine management series, the MKI and MKII have been used over the last decades on nearly every continent.  Both systems are extremely adaptable and scalable. They can be used for large power plants (rated to 400 Mw) or for single turbine remote piping stations (as small as 4000 hp.)  The MKI and MKII are built with some redundancies in the protective system and other critical controls to ensure safe machine operation and a high degree of reliability.

The  IC3600AOAL1D1B carries many markings, including one numbered edge, the GE logo, the codes 003/04, 002/02, and 006/02, its board identification number, and the code 259A3589G1.   The numbered edge corresponds to fifty-one pins that wire into the primary Speedtronic series like a backplane and facilitates communication with the rest of the system.

The IC3600AOAL1D1B has seven trim potentiometers and nine integrated circuits.  This includes amplifiers and 2-input NAND gates. Trim potentiometers may be used to adjust, tune or calibrate circuits, or can be used for voltage division.  

The  IC3600AOAL1D1B uses ceramic capacitors(through-hole design,) and 200V polyester vinyl capacitors.  The board uses carbon composite resistors. These resistors are of varying resistance and are placed on the board in several lines.
