The IC3600AOAA2D1 is a GE FANUC component made for the Mark I/Mark II series. These series were created by GE for steam or gas turbines management. The MKI was originally released by the company in the late 1960s. The MKII came a little later in 1973. These systems have been designed with four primary sections, including a control section that takes care of startup, acceleration, hp and lp speed, a protection section that monitors and alarms issues like over speed, vibration, flame, a sequencing system that allows for normal or fast starts, normal and emergency stops, as well as ignition, and a power supply with built-in fail-safes.
